- 1 cup cashews
- ⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp agave nectar or 3 tbsp honey
- 1½ tbsp minced fresh dill weed
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt.
- Combine all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Add water to make a thick sauce.
- The sauce will thicken when refrigerated.
- Stir in a little extra chopped dill weed.
