Cashew Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • ⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar or 3 tbsp honey
  • 1½ tbsp minced fresh dill weed
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add water to make a thick sauce.
  3. The sauce will thicken when refrigerated.
  4. Stir in a little extra chopped dill weed.
