Foods Alive Salads and Dressings Recipes
Carrot Salad
3 carrots julienned
½ cup raisins
1 cup thinly sliced green cabbage
¼ cup roasted pumpkin seeds
1 cup zucchini
2 cups organic lettuce.
Dressing;
2 cl garlic
¼ cp extra virgin olive oil
1Tbsp.bragg liquid amino acids
or soy sauce.
Toss the salad with the crushed garlic. Mix remaining dressing ingredients and toss salad. This salad can also be used as a tortilla filling.
